Available Coaching Courses

The primary aim of the GRFU Coaching Committee is the sustained improvement of coaching standards at all levels of the game within the GRFU.  Whilst we provide the strategic lead for coaching policy, recruitment and development, schools and clubs are encouraged to contact any member of the sub-committee to discuss specific coaching issues.

An early target is to have at least one RFU qualified coach per club, this will be expanded to one coach per team as soon as practicable.

To assist your planning, particularly for coaches who wish to complete level 2 or level 3 courses, details of all the planned coaching courses are below.  Please note demand for level 2 and 3 courses is keen - book early to avoid disappointment.

The next RFU Level 3 Coaching course is to be held atHartpury College for the South and South West. The dates for the modules are as follows:

 

Module 1        March 30th/April 1st 2007

Module 3        August 11th/12th 2007

Module 5        November 4th 2007 (tbc)
