Help Needed at the Beer Festival

**VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED - SUMMER BALL/BEER FESTIVAL WEEKEND
Fri 11th, SAT 12th, Sun 13th & Mon 14th June**
With the numbers at the Summer Ball being 20% up this year and in the hope we have larger numbers than last at the Beer Festival the numbers of volunteers required to set up/clean up and take down will be greater than ever.
It is requested that everyone associated with the Club (and at least those that are going to the Summer Ball) can assist, at least for a short while, doing something over the weekend and the essential dates and times are below.
Please either put your name on the list which is up in the Clubhouse or email me when you can assist and I will collate the names.

FRI 11th June am and pm
SAT 12th June 7.30am - 1pm ** most important morning - most volunteers required to clear after the ball.
SUN 13th June 8am - 1pm
MON 14th June am only
