About Dursley Rugby Football Club
Dursley Rugby Football Club is a significant contributor to the social and cultural life of Dursley, Cam and the surrounding Vale area.
With more than 600 senior members the club fields three regular senior teams, a continually strengthening ladies team, and many junior and minis teams with both girls and boys playing, a significant proportion of the local population have some contact with the club.
The Club co-operates with other sporting groups in the area and the Stinchcombe Stragglers Cricket Club who use the area for practicing and playing matches during the summer months are now an integral part of the Club.
There is a history of collaboration with the junior and senior schools in the area and long-standing arrangements are in place between the club and schools who use each others' facilities in times of need.
